At Simply for Strings, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your instrument, bow, or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log in to your account or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring that instruments are properly secured and all included accessories are inside the box.

  Label and Ship

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the returned item to ensure it is in original condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
