With works graded from easy first finger and pizzicato work through to harder faster-paced pieces,Ā TheĀ Debut Concert for StringsĀ incorporate notes, rhythms, and time signatures encountered during your studentsā first year of learning. This collection is aimed at students who have the skills to engage in an initial ensemble experience.
The Debut Concert for StringsĀ provides ensembles the opportunity to explore different musical styles. The collection features: unison rhythms, eight bar repeated melodies; two and three part harmony; melody and easy harmony parts (for both violin and viola); unison independent lower string parts; 4/4, 3/4 and 2/4 time signatures, piano introductions and piano accompaniments. Piano parts are optional, however they are strongly recommended to enhance the musicality of both your performance and rehearsal.
